Remembering Together - Moorland Federation Schools Honor Remembrance Day
Across all schools in the Moorland Federation, we came together in solemn remembrance.
Our students participating in various Remembrance Day activities and attending church services, taking a moment to honor the service and sacrifice of those who have valiantly defended our freedoms and protected our way of life.
Each school united in reflection and gratitude. Our children engaged in thoughtful discussions, created poignant art, and wore poppies as symbols of remembrance.
As we observe this day, we are reminded of the values of courage, sacrifice, and hope. It's a day to teach our future generations about the importance of peace and the cost of freedom.
