Exmoor is a magnificent place in which to grow up, and we aim to deliver an education to match.

St Dubricius School is committed to ensuring our students are able to understand the world around them and the talents within them through the guidance of Christian values, so they can become fulfilled individuals and active, compassionate citizens.

We pride ourselves in creating a safe and happy environment for learning in which teachers, parents, governors, volunteers and other friends of the school all work together to achieve and maintain the highest possible standards. Our core values of curiosity, courage, perseverance, compassion and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.
We enjoy a close association with the neighbouring Church of St Dubricius which has a Parish Office within the school site; and whose Rector is a regular visitor.

'Be the best we can be in the knowledge and love of God'

High academic standards are a priority here, but we also place great importance on developing other qualities in our children. Here you will find: courage, curiosity, compassion, perseverance and collaboration; not just in the classroom, but in the many and varied activities which take place outside of it.

What do I do if my child is prescribed medication?

If your child needs to have medication at school you must complete a form at the school office. We ask that medication at school is kept to a minimum and if antibiotics are prescribed for less than four times a day we suggest this can be organised out of school time. All medication held on school premises is kept locked and secure.
