Senior Leadership Team & Heads of School

Mrs Rosy Arch

Moorland Federation
Role:
Central Business Administrator | PA to Executive Head | Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead
Additional Roles:

Rosy is our Central Administrator, a linchpin of our team who joined us in November 2021. Rosy began her journey with Timberscombe C of E First School as an Admin Assistant, a role that was a new challenge for her but one she eagerly embraced. With a rich background in administrative, secretarial work, and assistant positions within large country and farming estates, she brought a wealth of experience to our team.

Her work in the first school education sector might have been a new frontier, but it was one she quickly mastered and came to love. The simple joy of listening to the children's chatter and singing while carrying out her duties has brought an added sparkle to her day.

In February, Rosy's role expanded, allowing her to support the Executive Head Teacher with diary management and administrative tasks across the federation. This development has allowed her to foster valuable relationships at each school and continually learn new things, enriching her professional growth.

In her leisure time, Rosy enjoys the company of her family, the great outdoors, and indulging in hobbies like gardening, reading, and cooking. She also values social interactions, enjoying time with friends and being part of her local community.

Key Abilities and Skills:

  • Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
  • Proven experience in Personal Assistant roles and secretarial work
  • Strong interpersonal skills, facilitating effective working relationships
  • Ability to adapt and learn in dynamic environments
  • Excellent time and diary management skills

Rosy is a woman whose love for her work is as contagious as her positive spirit. Her exceptional abilities and commitment make her a critical asset to our federation and its continuing success.
