· Experience in cleaning, caretaking, site management or a similar role (desirable but not essential)
· Basic maintenance skills (e.g. minor repairs, DIY tasks)
· An understanding of health & safety requirements within a workplace or school setting
· The ability to work independently and use initiative
· Good attention to detail and high standards
· A flexible approach to respond to the needs of the school
Key responsibilities will include:

In return, we offer:
· A welcoming and supportive school and Federation community
· Friendly and dedicated colleagues who value teamwork
· A varied and rewarding role at the centre of school life
· Opportunities for professional development and training
· The chance to make a meaningful difference within our school community
· Enthusiastic and friendly children who make our schools such special places to work
